Will each print be certified?

What is Museum Quality framing/why might museum quality framing be important?
Framing a print is often done in haste. The "sticker shock" of framing might be a bit mis-understood due to the nature of materials used.
When we say that we frame with museum quality materials, that means that we use "archival" materials starting with acid and lignin free mat boards, we "float" the print, no tapes or adhesives touch any part of the print, and we always use70% UV protectant acrylic- instead of float glass. Upgrades to 100% UV can be made.
What is the difference between using glass and using acrylic for my framed pictures?
First and foremost the acrylic is UV protectant. Second, the acrylic will not shatter the way glass will, and third, its a quarter of the weight.
Acrylic can retail for eight times the cost of float glass, we use Acrylic for its quality and can offer it at a price which you could often pay for glass.
Can I set up a payment plan
for my purchases?
Yes. We can offer a 0%, no-interest plan. Please contact us by phone to confirm/purchase prints through our payment plan.

What does the "Fair-Market Value" indicate. How is that determined?
1.Fair Market Value on signed and numbered prints- Fair market values are determined using the "blue book" of the print industry INFORMART.
2.Fair Market value of Frames- Fair Market is determined using a gallery retail framing program that builds on artwork starting with the size of opening, type of glazing (glass or
acrylic), mats, special cuts, molding and labor.
Because of Vladimir Art's buying power and state of the art framing equipment,
We are generally 30 to 60% below what a normal retail framing shop would charge.
Why is the Fair Market Value crossed out? The Fair Market Value is crossed out for a simple reason: our customers will end up paying less than Fair Market Values for our products. The Fair Market Value is simply listed so our customers can see what the product is worth- according to the Fair Maket Value of the print and the framing combined.
What does it mean when a print is "Sold-Out"? Could I still buy a "Sold-Out" print?
"Sold Out" print- indicates that the artwork is no longer available from the publisher at the original issue price. -If the artwork is being resold, then its on the secondary market and in most cases has increased in value.
If you see a "Sold-Out" print available on this site than the artwork is being resold at or below Fair Market Value.
Fair market values are determined using the "blue book" of the print
industry INFORMART.
