How are my prints shipped?

All prints are shipped fully insured through UPS in the contiguous United States and through the Postal Service to APOs. You can elect to have them shipped with a signature required or without signature.


How long will it take until I receive my print?

Please, allow 1 to 3 weeks for unframed prints and 4 to 6 weeks for framed. We don’t have all of the artwork shown on our website in stock and sometimes have to order prints from other publishers.


What is a “sold out” print?

A limited edition print is “sold out” when no more prints are available from the publisher. In many cases there might be prints from this edition available though other galleries or collectors. The price for such prints varies however, and some of the prints might be very hard to find.


Can I set up a payment plan for my purchases?

Vladimir Arts offers a 0% - no interest plan. Please read more here or call our toll free number to discuss your options. Your artwork will be shipped shortly after your last payment.


What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Just call our toll free number or e-mail us. We will have your damaged artwork picked up free of charge (UPS shipments only). Once we receive it back, we will repair it and ship it back to you without additional charges to you.


What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, call us at our toll free number or e-mail us. We offer a full money back guarantee for 60 days. If you have already received the merchandise, just ship it back to us and we will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping charges.


I want framing for my print but I don’t see what I want on the website. What do I do?

Just call our toll free number or e-mail us. We will be more than happy to discuss your framing needs with you. We carry more than 500 framing and mat samples and can e-mail you an image for your approval.


What is museum quality framing?

Our framing meets museum quality standards. Our mat boards are not only acid free – they are lignin free as well. Over time, lignin will turn any mat acidic and cause fading and discoloration in prints. We float mount our prints using archival mounting tabs, which means that no acidic tapes or glue touch your artwork. We only use conservation methods, materials and techniques in mounting your artwork.


Why are the prints framed with acrylic and not with glass?

We ship all prints with a framing grade acrylic and not with glass. Glass will break and in breaking will damage your artwork. Damaged/scratched prints lose their value. Our acrylic has UV inhibitors and provides a level of protection for your print from potentially harmful UV rays.


Doesn’t acrylic scratch easily?

Your framed artwork hangs on your walls. The potential of it getting damaged on the wall through scratching is almost nil. If, by any chance, it does get scratched, any home improvement store carries scratch removal kits for easy repair of minor scratches.
